Seriously, you should really consider a performance driving course and I would be willing to bet that your problem will be resolved. Learning to use the throttle to control these types of situations is a must, especially if you are driving when the temperature has dropped. Check your suspension as well, just installing subframe spacers will not correct an already existing problem somewhere else. Another tip would be to go wider in the rear with a 9', 9.5' or 10' wheel and that will also help the problem.
